Our story

The Outlaw Baker started as a dream in a little girl, and has now become my family’s dream as well. We are excited to be opening in our own commercial kitchen set up as a family business. 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our bakes and attention to detail for our customers. Keeping our batches "small" and creating all of our products from scratch helps us provide the best quality and flavor. We combine both “old-world” techniques with our own techniques developed over time. We are especially proud of our bagel and pastry lamination processes.


Our ingredients

The Outlaw Baker works with local farmers, when possible, to source our flour, fruit, honey, and dairy that go into our breads and pastries. Our bread supports and nourishes our local area. It is human—from the farmers to the baker who put passion and care into each loaf and pastry made.
